AVC is dedicated to delivering high return investment opportunities to its clients through premium sub-divisions. A recent article featured in Australian investor magazine show-cased a young man who purchased his first property at age 19 for $195,000.00 and using the principles of Sub-Division has built a $5 million dollar property portfolio in just 7 years.
Our approach is simply about using Creative development initiatives to buy under-utilized residential stock, researching the market and adding value to the property through Sub-Division.
Recent Projects
Most recently AVC has completed sub-divisions in Mount Colah, Auburn, and Caringbah. Current projects include Castle Hill and Campsie.
On top of this AVC is excited about expanding it’s operations into Miami. With the global financial crisis hitting America harder than anywhere a large amount of repossessed property in premium areas is available through ADC’s well established contacts on the ground.
